SENIOR CREDIT INVESTMENT OPERATIONS - PREMIER PRIVATE INVESTMENT FIRM

LOCATION/IN-OFFICE:

NYC Midtown, 5 days in-office

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The firm is expanding its Credit Investment Operations team and is seeking a high-caliber professional to join a sophisticated and growing credit platform.

The group invests across direct lending, bank debt, and other credit strategies , providing the opportunity to gain broad exposure to private credit and alternative investments while working closely with experienced investment professionals.

THE ROLE:

• Support the day-to-day operations of a sophisticated credit investment platform
• Partner closely with the investment team throughout the trade and investment lifecycle
• Coordinate trade execution, settlement, cash movements, and portfolio activity
• Perform reconciliations and review positions, cash, and investment data
• Work with administrators, custodians, counterparties, and other external service providers
• Help identify and resolve operational issues and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Assist with portfolio reporting and ongoing process improvements
• Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as the platform continues to grow

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–5+ years of experience in investment operations, credit operations, middle office operations, trade
• Experience with private credit, direct lending, bank loans, leveraged finance, or alternative investments strongly preferred
• Understanding of the investment/trade lifecycle and operational processes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Someone who is intellectually curious, collaborative, and eager to take on increasing responsibility

Compensation: $150k - $175k base + competitive bonus
