\nOur Global Talent Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a formidable resume through an immersive, 10-week virtual internship.
\n \nWe are actively screening thousands of top students globally to identify future finance leaders. This highly selective program is offered in partnership with leading boutique investment banks in key markets, including the US, UK, APAC, Europe, and MENA.
\n \nOnly two students are selected per quarter for this off-cycle, ongoing program, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience for our interns per geographic region.
\n \nWhat You'll Gain:
\nReal-World Experience (Weeks 3-10): Following successful completion of the initial training and assessments, you'll be introduced to a Managing Director or Partner at one of our boutique investment bank partners. For the next eight weeks, you'll work directly on live projects, providing invaluable support with:
\nMentorship & Feedback: Our partner firms are committed to providing a structured learning environment with a minimum of one 30-minute weekly call for deliverables, feedback, and guidance. This ensures you're actively engaged and continuously developing.
\n \nThis is an unpaid internship designed for high-potential students seeking practical experience and a significant resume boost. The value lies in the rigorous training, direct exposure to real investment banking work, and the mentorship from experienced professionals.
