Salary: $40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional or hands-on experience in front-end web development, website design, or website maintenance.
• Strong skills in CSS and HTML, WordPress, page builders such as Elementor or Divi, and standard website management practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot visual issues, repair broken layouts, and verify lead forms and APIs before publishing websites.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including 3 days in our Bentonville, Arkansas office and 2 days remotely.
• Preferred: 1 year of WordPress experience.
• Helpful experience or familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, custom WordPress theme or plugin development, DNS, SSL certificates, Cloudflare, WP Engine, Figma, Canva, or graphic editing software.

• Develop clean, responsive CSS and HTML for landing pages and client websites, and resolve display issues across mobile and desktop devices.
• Build, configure, and launch websites and landing pages using WordPress page builders such as Elementor and Divi, along with custom code.
• Maintain websites by updating plugins, optimizing speed, and conducting security checks in WP Engine and Cloudflare environments.
• Turn design concepts from tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite into polished, mobile-optimized web pages.
• Keep project statuses, issue-resolution notes, and development tickets up to date in HubSpot Projects and our internal tracking tools.

We are sweti, supporting health, fitness, and wellness businesses with digital marketing, web engineering, and custom SaaS automation. Our Front-End & Web Specialist joins our Engineering, Solutions, & Web team in a full-time, salaried role reporting to our IT Director. The position supports an active roster of approximately 100 client accounts, with primarily internal work and minimal direct client contact. We offer a salary of $40,000–$45,000 per year, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning one month after hire, paid holidays and accrued PTO, and six weeks of fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers after one year of service. Our office is at The Ledger in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas, with a hybrid schedule. We also provide mentorship from our IT Director and senior engineering staff to support professional growth.
