We’re looking for a Founding Marketer to join a fast-growing AI platform transforming how major construction capital programmes are managed.
Location : Midtown Manhattan
Hybrid: Typically 3 days per week in office
Sector: AI | B2B SaaS | Construction Tech
This is the first marketing hire.
No inherited team. No agency doing the work. No established playbook.
You’ll work directly with the founders to define the message, build the brand and create the marketing engine that drives the company’s next stage of growth.

Experience across AI, construction tech, proptech, AEC, data infrastructure or enterprise software would be a major bonus.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit someone else's marketing machine.
You get to build it.
And as the business grows, there’s a clear opportunity to build and lead the marketing team around you.
