Commercial Construction Superintendent

Jackson Dean Construction is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join our rapidly growing team. Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (Required)
• Experience managing big-box retail construction and remodels (Highly Preferred)
• Experience with civil/site construction , including:

• Utilities
• Grading
• Concrete
• Paving
• Landscaping
• Building Construction
• Site coordination

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining project schedules
• Experience preparing and updating project schedules, look-aheads, and required weekly/monthly reports
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from project startup through final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owners
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Enforce Jackson Dean Construction safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Conduct:
• Daily planning meetings
• Weekly subcontractor meetings
• Owner meetings
• Safety meetings
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure projects meet Jackson Dean Construction quality standards
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly while minimizing schedule impacts
• Build positive working relationships with owners, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors

What We Offer

$95,000–$175,000 annually (Based on experience)
